Warranty

Every N.T.R.L. tool is built to outlast the cheap stuff — and we stand behind that. Each product comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper storage. If something fails that shouldn't, contact us directly at ntrltraining@outlook.com with your Amazon order number and a photo or description of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or repair.

This warranty is provided by N.T.R.L. directly and is in addition to any rights you have under Amazon's return policy or UK consumer law.
